Jamaican Highball

1 measure of Smatt's Gold Rum
1 whole Lime
Tablespoon of Castor Sugar
Angostura Bitters
Soda Water


Squeeze the Juice from the Lime into a shaker; add 2 drops of Angostura Bitters, Smatt’s Gold and the Sugar. Shake and pour over Ice into a tall glass. Top with Soda and garnish with the husk from the Lime.
